We recognize the importance of protecting the personal information members provide to the OMAHA AREA BOARD OF REALTORS® (OABR) including web sites owned or controlled by OABR.

OABR gathers personal information to process memberships, transactions, fulfill requests, and maintain membership records. This includes contact information you volunteer or provide via applications, entry forms, or surveys (for example, your personal and business addresses, phone and fax numbers, firm affiliations, and titles).

OABR does not share your personal information except as outlined below.

OABR uses your personal information to deliver content and improve our services by notifying you of industry updates, relevant products, events, and services, and compile business directories about which you will be made aware. OABR does not share, sell, or trade personal information outside the REALTOR® organization.

OABR will only send you SMS messages after you have opted in to do so. Under no circumstances will OABR share SMS consent. SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared with any third party and affiliate company for marketing purposes.

OABR follows generally accepted standards to protect the information it collects and makes available via its Web sites.

OABR utilizes an opt-out policy for all notifications regarding industry updates, relevant products, events, and services. Messages concerning your specific membership account, including deadlines and amounts owed will be sent while you hold active membership in the organization.

You may edit your personal contact information directly by logging into the membership system available on the OABR website, or by contacting OABR directly.

Some of our Web sites contain links to outside entities and OABR will not be responsible for the activities of these third parties.
