PRICING STRATEGIES: MASTERING THE CMA (PSA) CERTIFICATION

The key to competitive home pricing is becoming proficient at comparative market analyses (CMAs).
In this course, you will learn how to evaluate the existing real estate market to take the guesswork out of pricing homes.

As the core requirement for the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, this course will enable you to:

  • Determine the market-based value range of a home
  • Choose the most appropriate comparables for a property
  • Compile a CMA report for property presentation
  • Collaborate with appraisers

Every real estate transaction has an opportunity to place a home warranty on the property. This class will teach you how to present a home warranty and how it can reduce your risks! The course will also discuss what to look for in a Home Warranty Company along with the difference between a Home Warranty and Home Owners Insurance.

(#1560) This class will explore efficient land use, transportation, and community development strategies aimed at minimizing urban sprawl and environmental impact. By promoting livable spaces and conserving natural resources, we can strive to create sustainable communities for present and future generations.

 (#1404R) This class empowers real estate professionals to challenge stereotypical thinking, preventing fair housing violations and ensuring equal service for all clients. Participants will explore the history of bias in real estate, gain insights into the mind science of identity, and understand how implicit bias can lead to discrimination. Through interactive exercises, they will develop communication skills and strengthen business relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
