BOWLS OF HOPE BREAKFAST Food DRIVE

Through June 25, OABR will collect boxed breakfast food donations for Heartland Hope Mission. Donation boxes are at the OABR office and larger brokerages around Omaha so our members can drop off their contributions.
To wrap up the drive, we are hosting a Welcome to Summer Heartland Hope Mission Event on June 25 in the OABR parking lot. Everyone is welcome to attend!

Go Forth and Sin No More: The Code of Ethics (#1411R) : Designed to meet the NAR Code of Ethics training requirements, this course is Ethics as only Trista can teach it. Examining how the NAR Code of Ethics intersects with state and federal law, this course provides a new perspective on the Code and risk management in the practice of real estate. Providing adequate time for class participation and discussion, this course asks “what would you do?” and applies the answers to current case studies and examples.
How’s That Working Out for You? (#1596) Hot Legal Issues in Real Estate: Is your smart home or office culturally sensitive? Are your seller clients recording showings with nanny cams? Are your drone property vides going viral? This class covers Trista’s Favorite Five: ADA compliance for websites and apps, new FAA rules and for drones, property showing recordings, Fair Housing Act implications for technology, and the intersection of state cannabis decriminalization and federal Controlled Substances Act enforcement in real estate.
